Receiver suspension for hearing aid production

We have learned from the market that many manufactures have a demand for a standard program of receiver suspensions, so we have developed our own design of suspensions for Knowles and Microtronic receivers. These suspensions are available for all manufacturers. The great benefit for the manufactures is no development and tooling costs.

We cover three sizes of receivers and each size is available in three materials. The Brominebutyl / Neoprene has an extremely good dampening. Other materials are available on request.

One of our special rubber compounds with high vibration dampening properties was recently used in manufacturing of the specially shaped rubber insert  in the new Ortofon tonearms TA-100 and TA-210. The TA-110 and TA-210 tonearms have gone to the next level by reducing unwanted vibrations in the arm.

The production process is carried out by means of vulcanization (compression and transfer casting).

Moulds are developed and produced in close co-operation with the customer, with Ortofon providing technical support and contact with the mould suppliers.

We are focused on customer service and providing flexibility.
